Antiquarium has been producing a unique line of handcrafted 22-karat gold jewelry featuring ancient coins for over thirty years. 

Greek, Hellenistic, Republican Roman, Imperial Roman and early Byzantine coins in silver, bronze and gold are authentic ancient pieces, sold with certificates of authenticity and documentation. Settings are our own copyrighted designs in 22-karat gold, some featuring cabochon gemstones. 

Coins are bezel-set without solder, and are not damaged by the process. Findings on earrings and cufflinks are in 14 or 18 karat gold, or sterling silver. 

Coins and settings can be mixed and matched, on commission. Turnover time on commissioned work is generally four to eight weeks. Please remember that each ancient coin was originally struck by hand, and all settings are handmade: each item is therefore unique, and subject to prior sale.
